Our Story

PacificBedbank (PBB) was founded by Bill Whiting, a seasoned professional in the tourism industry. With a distinguished background that encompasses various aspects of the tourism sector, including travel wholesaling, retailing, inbound tour operations, and marketing, Bill brings a wealth of experience and expertise to PBB. He formerly served as the Director of Marketing for Fiji Visitors Bureau (FVB, now Tourism Fiji) and was instrumental in the development of the Graduate Training Program and localizing Regional Director positions in Fiji's key tourism source markets. At PBB, Bill is passionate about nurturing and developing local human resource skills, which has resulted in the company being 100% Fijian owned and operated, with a 100% Fijian team leading its core programming, technology, sales, marketing, accounts, and support services.
